Oulton Academy, is a non-denominational secondary community school for girls and boys aged between 11 and 16, situated in the village of Oulton, in South Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Career development: Oulton Academy prides itself on providing both formal and informal CPD opportunities, 2 hours per week minimum. Formal CPD includes but is not limited to NPQs, Level 7 Masters degrees and the nationally recognised Embedding Formative Assessment (EFA) programme. Informal CPD provides staff with weekly departmental time as well as the chance to collaborate with other teams across the academy. All staff receive a comprehensive induction programme before they start their new role.
