Mr. V Marklew

I am the Assistant Principal at Oulton Academy with responsibility for Personal Development. 

The purpose and my aim for my role is to promote equality of opportunity and diversity effectively providing our pupils with meaningful opportunities to understand how to be responsible, respectful, active citizens who contribute positively to society.

I am proud to work with a team of dedicated groups of associate staff, form tutors, teaching staff and leaders who strive to ensure that all students have constant access to 'world-class' provision. 

I have a music performance background and I am a keen musician, with the guitar being my instrument of choice. I have been teaching Performing Arts for nearly a decade and have a passion to see students reach their full potential in the arts.
