Design Technology wows Y5/6 parents!

During our Year 5 & 6 open evening our DT department showcased what they are about with a wide range of techniques being demonstrated by our students, from CAD/CAM, clay modelling, intricate design and much more. Many parents commented on the impressive students who were helping out.

The highlight of the evening was when one parent commented, 'Oulton Academy really is making the most of the equipment and facilities that it has available'. They went on to talk about how excited they are for the new build to commence and for their children to be able to work with state of the art equipment!
