BBC Share Your Story!

Today at Oulton Academy, we welcomed the BBC Careers roadshow into school for their 'Share Your Story' project.

What an absolutely fantastic day students had hearing from BBC industry professionals. All staff and students were engaged and moved by the amazingly humbling and inspiring stories shared regarding the journey that the BBC panellists had taken to get into the career they have today and the challenges they have faced on their road to success.

Todays panellists included Jonathon Holmes (BBC Journalist), Conor MacMahon (Production Coordinator) and Alice Kynman (Young Talent Director).

We cannot wait to host them again in the new year for another workshop…..watch this space for the celebrity line up to be revealed.
