Thank You to Our Wonderful Transition Students!

As our Transition days come to a close, we want to begin by saying a huge thank you to all the students who joined us this week. Your enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to get involved made these days truly special. You approached each lesson and activity with energy and positivity, and it’s been a joy to see you smiling and excited about joining Oulton Academy in September.

Your hard work and engagement have laid the foundation for a fantastic start to your journey with us. We hope you head into the summer holidays feeling confident, relaxed, and eager to return as full members of our Academy community. We know you’ll be sharing your experiences with friends back at your primary schools, helping to spread the excitement and positivity even further.

Of course, none of this would be possible without the incredible support of our staff team. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed—whether through teaching lessons, supporting behind the scenes, or ensuring everything ran smoothly across Admin, SEND, Attendance, Catering, and other essential areas. Your dedication and teamwork are what make Transition such a success year after year.

While these three days have been a highlight, Transition is a year-round effort. Planning for next year is already underway, with our Open Evening in September marking the next big step. Every event is an opportunity to showcase the amazing work happening at Oulton Academy!
