Welcome to a New Academic Year at Oulton Academy!

As the new school year begins, Oulton Academy is thrilled to welcome our newest cohort of Year 7 students and extend a warm welcome back to our dedicated Year 11s. The energy across the campus is electric, and we’re excited to embark on another year of growth, achievement, and opportunity.

Following another outstanding year of GCSE results, Oulton Academy continues to go from strength to strength. We are proud to announce that we are now officially oversubscribed, cementing our reputation as the school of choice in the area. This milestone reflects the hard work of our staff, the ambition of our students, and the unwavering support of our community.

Principal John Higgins shared their thoughts on the year ahead:

The results speak for themselves, and the fact that we are now oversubscribed is a testament to the strength of our school community. As we welcome our new Year 7s and support our Year 11s through their final year, we remain committed to excellence in everything we do. It’s onwards and upwards for Oulton Academy.”

We’re also looking forward to seeing our Year 8, 9, and 10 students back on site tomorrow, ready to continue their journey with us. With exciting enrichment opportunities, a dynamic curriculum, and a strong focus on personal development, the year ahead promises to be one of inspiration and success.
