Work Experience - Leeds Grand Theatre

As part of our Year 10 Work Experience, a group of students who are thinking about careers in the creative industries took a trip to Leeds Grand Theatre. The group participated in a workshop where they were tasked with designing the marketing, budgeting and advertising for a theatre production. The group then took a tour of Leeds City Varieties Music Hall where they had the opportunity to visit the backstage areas, step out on to a real stage and take a seat in the exclusive boxes on the balcony level. 

Oulton Academy would like to thank the staff at Leeds Grand for providing the group with such a fascinating insight to the world of theatre.
