Pizza Party Celebrates Attendance Success in HT1!
Oulton Academy kicked off the end of Half Term 1 with a sizzling celebration for students who made an excellent start with their attendance. Over 240 students from Years 7 to 10 were treated to a Pizza Party Extravaganza, thanks to the generous support of Pizza Prima, who delivered a whopping 80 pizzas to fuel the festivities.
The event was a hit, with music, chocolates, sweets, and an atmosphere that was nothing short of electric. Students enjoyed the chance to relax, celebrate, and connect with their peers in a vibrant and joyful setting.
Special congratulations go to the top-performing teams:
- Year 7 – Team Sandy
- Year 8 – Team Brando
- Year 9 – Team Sandy
- Year 10 – Team Stanislavski

Attendance Achievements – HT1
In addition to the pizza party, the academy proudly recognised outstanding attendance across the student body:
- Over 460 students received 100% attendance letters for Half Term 1.
- An additional 200 students were awarded Excellent Attendance letters.
- In total, more than 60% of students achieved 95% attendance or higher – a fantastic start to the academic year!
